Hello all, I am deciding which laptop to buy, and the NP8660 seems to be the best 15.4" laptop I can get for my 2,000 USD budget.
But there arent many pictures of it on the internet. And i was wondering if any NP8660 owners could post a few actual pictures of it actually on a desk or something (not the pics resellers have)
Also a video would be wonderful.
Also how is the keyboard? Read someone was having bad problems with the spacebar, is it every NP8660 or he just got a bad keyboard?
Also how is the Heat on it?
    Thank you.

there are many pics of this system in this forum, and many reviews and mini-reviews.

You can start at the Clevo M860TU Owners Thread

Hey it was me with the bad spacebar.
As horrible as I say it is, it does not effect gaming whatsoever, and I have been told that it may just be my own faulty keyboard, and that it is not necessarily a problem that all m860s have.
    Hope that helps a little.

I feel like my keyboard misses keys sometimes. I still need to get around to reseating it, will probably solve it.

Mine does the same, especially the space bar but not as frequent as jmstewart93 reported in his post. In any case no problem for gaming and is something you can easily get used to in typing, just need to remind yourself is not a really touch and type kind of keyboard, you really need to press the keys down :D. I'm used to typing on the macbook that I use for work so I'm not very good to discuss keyboards if I managed to get used to the macbook one :D.
Oh, for pictures, I put some in a thread called something like should i change my m15x for the m8660 or something, it shows both the m15 and the m8660, not the most professional photos out there but in case. I'm too lazy to look for the link :p.
For videos just type clevo m860tu in YouTube and you'll get some movies. If the serch gives you just videos of games on the m860 just click one and see what the user has, usually the guys that put game videos have also an unboxing video ;).

I have an m860tu and the spacebar is fine. However it does sometimes miss keys, but I think it depends on how sensitive a keyboard you are used to. Now when I type I never miss keys, and I've had it for a month.

I have also removed my spacebar and put it back on and reseated my keyboard and caused no problems with it.

I haven't heard about any spacebar issues; the only keyboard issue has been with 1/2 of the tabs holding down the entire keyboard being loose and/or needing to be placed in more securely. Mine's stayed down once I took a toothpick and made sure the tabs flipped into place.

And not many pictures/reviews? There are quite a few, I think. Try googling for "M860TU" not NP8660.
