I tried installing bluetooth drivers to get my PS3 controller to pair with my PC but ever since I havent been able to get the bluetooth menu to come up when I press FN+12. I seaeched and couldnt find it in the control panel. and I didnt see anything under device managment. any suggestions?

    Were the drivers that you tried to install directly from the Sager website? If so, you may want to contact the manufacturer if it isn't showing up in the control panel or working with your normal function keys. Otherwise, your wireless is working fine I assume?

    The drivers I installed were a 3rd party driver not from sager. And when I click Fn + 12 I here the sound saying bluetooth is on or off but I get no bluetooth menu. I have looked on xoticpc.com and sager website but I cant find bluetooth drivers for the NP8660.
    by wireless do u mean wifi if so then yes wifi is working just fine.
    Im running windows 7 64 bit if it matters

    By drivers, I assume you mean what is called the blue tooth stack.

    when I go to devices and printers and turn on my bluetooth it comes up as a unspecified HID compliant devise.
    If I open my computer and take the bluetooth out and put it back in will it reinstall the right drivers?

    @Chidesd,
    Your link is broken. Regardless, you need to install the blue tooth stack software that controls the interface between your blue tooth and the devices (e.g., head set, PS3 controller). You can get this software from Microsoft (google it) or from a 3rd party supplier such as Blue Soleil. Personally, I use Blue Soleil with my Sager and it works like a charm.
    Hope that helps.

    I just tried installing a bluetooth driver from the 570ru cause I found a older thread on here where someone saod it fixed there bluetooth issues. didnt work.
    Would it help if I took out my bluetooth module and put it back in?
    Under devise management when I click fn+12 it comes up as Microsoft common controller for windows class and under that MotionJoy Virtual Xinput devise for windows

    ok well figured it out. I had to uninstall motion joy under device management which I had tried a few time but each time I tried I forgot to check the box to delete the drivers off the computer. So every time I tried reinstalling the bluetooth device it reinstall motion joy
