    Hey guys!

I've had my notebook for just over two weeks and already it's IMPOSSIBLE to keep grease and fingerprints from smudging all over this thing and so looking into something to protect the machine with. Someone before mentioned zagg invisibleSHEILD I did some research. I emailed the company and requested a product design for the NP8760. They responded and said if there was enough interest they would produce a clear skin for the back of the notebook along with the trackpad and palmrest areas. Just wondering if anyone else is interested in this option for theirs? If you're interested you can fill out the product request for our model and hopefully we'll hear from them soon! Let me know what you guys think!

I'm against it. Just wipe your notebook regularly with microfiber. Electronics are meant to be used, not babied. I can say the same about my C6: just wash it, clay it, and wax it regularly.

However, it doesn't hurt to have an option out there.

It's already way better than all those crappy glossy cases most other companies put out.

Though I'm getting some nice wear where my palms go :)

Just wax it before you show it off.

Just wear rubber gloves when using it.
Not too bad an idea would have to see what it looks like before I commit.

Tried the shield as well as view-guards in the past - screw them, waste of your money. They can get easily damaged, scratched etc.
Like SS said , it's better to just clean it on a regular basis.

Try using an external keyboard; it will help a lot (specially with the palm rests).
