The G73 has much better battery life and comes with the backlit keyboard.

The motherboard and other components in the w870cu have been shown to be higher quality and better for overclocking.

ASUS G73JH-B1 - REPULIC OF GAMERS Laptop

    *********
Each notebook is a very good machine, so you'd be the judge.
For me though, SAGER would have been a better choice, considering better CPU, better memory, but most importantly variety of different ports Sager NP8760-S1 includes and ASUS G73jh-B1 is lacking.
I do not care much for ASUS' backpack and a mouse, but eSATA and USB 3.0, ability to do RAID and faster CPU/memory are important to me.
Sager machine has clever design, so I wouldn't spend whole day doing upgrades/maintenances and would have less chances to break something while doing it.
ASUS has much better warranty, and this is their rather strongest point, but from what I can see, these two brands considered to be of superior quality, arguably above almost any other existing notebook there is. So i am sure everyone will be safe purchasing either of these machines.
