So I have a Sager NP9150 from Xotic.
Whenever I unplug the battery performance drops a LOT.
I set it up to run on high always but it wont.
Any ideas? I have the 670m.

what processor do you have? Are you talking about when you run on battery your performance drop a lot?
I have a feeling this is troll -
This is not a troll, a real question.
When I go on battery and not plugged in wall, I can barely play any games.
Is there a way to make it so it plays the same no matter what. -
That's because when you go on battery, Optimus comes into play and makes you run on HD 4000. I think you can disable Optimus, but I don't know if you can.

You can go into Windows 7 Power Options and mess with some of the advanced settings to see if it helps any.
I really doubt you will be able to get screaming gaming performance off of battery only though. If you did, your battery might last a whole 30 minutes to an hour if you're lucky.
You can't exactly expect a Ferrari to perform at its best if you are putting low octane fuel into it can you? The same applies to laptops, you can't expect performance if you aren't feeding it enough juice. -

As mentioned you have to have it plugged in if you want full power. The battery cant support all the high end parts.

I have always heard charging your laptop while its at 100% is a bad idea. So my plan was to cycle when I was charging it. So I want it to die fast. -
That is nonsense.

You should be able to leave the charger plugged in with your battery at 100% and not worry about it causing any damage.
Game on and enjoy! -
