Hi, I have a Sager NP9150, with this specs:
i7-3610qm
16GB DDR3
NVidia GTX680M
mSATA SSD OCZ Nocti
HD Seagate Momentus 7200.9
But, with this config, I'm with problems to run World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria, I was with the 302.92 driver, and it was really poor, with frames going from 15 to 60FPS, and much stuttering, especially in raids.
After, I put the 306.97 WHQL driver, and it get some improvement, performing 22-60 FPS, the problem is that I see with the two drivers, a MASSIVE underuse of the 680M, with uses of 20%, when I'm on the low FPS and stuttering, I tried to use DX9 and DX11, and with the two modes I get the same stutterings, especially in raids.
After I put the driver that I'm using now, 310.70 BETA, and didn't get any improvement, anyone with 680M confirms this? It appears to be a driver mal-function, because with some types of smoke, and skills used, I see massive drops of FPS and utilization of the card with MSI Afterburner 2.3.
Any other games are functioning well, what can I do? I buy this rig mainly for WoW...
Thanks!

Well, wow doesn't need a GTX 680m to run it. It can run on a GTX 660M just fine. What is limiting you in raids is probably your CPU. What tends to lighten the load on your CPU is if you drop the spell effects and shadows down. I usually drop Shadows down to Low and it doubled my fps. I understand Spell effects are necessary but you might need to lower them a bit.
Note you will see this issue with a i7 @ 4.0ghz and a Desktop GTX 680. -

If you are having the issue on low, make sure in the nvidia control panel that the game is using the GTX 680M and not the HD 4000 on the CPU.

If need be, you may be able to disable the Intel HD graphics, and have your discrete graphics take control. There are sometimes issues with the Optimus/Enduros technologies. You can try disabling the built-in graphics in the BIOS, or use the NVidia control panel to make your adjustments.
*Edit*
Just saw your pots about the HD 4000 graphics giving better performance. Have you tried a clean reinstall of the NVidia driver?
Check the Performance group in the NVidia control panel, and configure it if need be.
Although outdated, hopefully this will give you a foundation for the settings: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-9sgohBIHs -
1) In the NP9150 we can't disable the HD4000, because the video signal passes by him, using it or not (like in the HD7970 woes).
2) I have tried a clean reinstall of the driver, and the unique game that gives me these problems is WoW, for an example, I can get really good graphics in Sleeping Dogs or F1 2012, so the driver is installed and working, right?
3) I have configured the performance group in NVidia panel, so the card aren't throttling anymore, but I see heavy underutilization, like I'm flying alone in Valley of Four Winds and getting 45 FPS 46% utilization, but if I try to move the camera in a 360º around me, with me stopped in the air, I get 40 FPS 38% utilization (these info was at the time of posting, depending on the region or what I have in the screen, I get better or worst results, I even got yesterday a 3FPS 1% utilization, when I move the camera at Krasarang Wilds exactly above Anglers Wharf. -

The 3610QM is not the problem. WoW is designed for 5 year old hardware, and looking at the game now, I would be surprised if even one of your CPU threads was maxed out during the most intense raids.
I call bad optimization by Blizzard or underdeveloped drivers.

Recommended CPU is a Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz. Any i7 is at least twice more powerful. The 3610QM is be about 4 times more powerful. -
And of course, the VGA goes from 35-60% of utilization.
Tested in Mogu'shan Vaults, The Spirit King bosses today. -
if you have win 8, I had issues with that and MoP with dx10, switched to dx9 seemed to fix it...havent tested it though in awhile

Yowza, this is awfully widespread: [Bug]?Post patch 5.0 to MOP fps and stutter - Forums - World of Warcraft
Not sure of everyone else's specs, but it looks like patches/hotfixes have worked for some and not for others. Sorry for the bad news; it looks like development flaws (as TrantaLocked suggested). You'll have to wait out a patch or create a ticket with Blizzard to see if they can troubleshoot it for you, I think.
