I'm getting around 5 FPS on BF4, with all low settings. I've made sure the GPU is selected, not the HD 4000. But it still doesn't seem to be using the dedicated GPU...

    I'm on the 327.23 driver.

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Do monitoring tools/software show dGPU utilization at all?

Apart from the NVidia driver, try reinstalling the Intel HD driver as well. You may need to adjust your power settings and NVidia 3D settings if you don't make any progress with those.

Are you running Windows 7? A lot of people playing BF4 have have problems like this except for people running Windows 8/8.1. If possible I'd recommend upgrading your OS.

Upgrading to the 331.65 drivers fixed it for me. Kinda crazy that I needed the absolute latest drivers just to be able to even run the game...oh well, thanks for the help everyone. :)

Glad you figured it out. Nvidia typically will update drivers to make the newest games play better. Its pretty unusual that it only played at 5FPS before though.

We saw that during the beta as well, if you didn't run the beta BF4 "Approved" drivers the game performed like junk. Get new drivers, works great!

Download GeForce experience. It will tell you when the latest WHQL driver is released.

Worth checking out the betas for new games too though if you are getting a popular upcoming title :)
