The stock screen for the 9150 sager says glossy, the upgrade is $30 for the super clear matte. Does the matte have great vivid color or should I save 30 bucks and stay stock glossy?
Notebookcheck says the gtx 680m shows 6.9 on WEI score, does anyone here with the gtx 680m verify this with a screenshot that it is indeed 6.9 or 7.9 .

Stock vs glossy is personal preference, period. I like matte because there is no reflection. And nobody cares about WEI score. It means nothing at all.

I get 7.1 with mine, but I have it overclocked from 719 core and 900 memory to 854 core and 1250 memory. I don't know if WEI can tell that, but it does affect games, so I'll take it.
Also I would definitely get the matte screen if you plan to use the laptop under any kind of lighting. The colors still look awesome and the screen is plenty bright. It's amazing and definitely worth a $30 upgrade. -

I'm getting a 7.1 at stock clocks, and as for the screen, yes if your a fan of Matte it definitely has 0 reflection and has somewhat rich colours, of course not as glossy but its still pretty good.

7.1 same here

If it matters, my 6990m gets 7.8 on Windows 7 Enterprise and 7.9 on Windows 7 Home Premium. The former I get through ny university and the latter was a trial version. Meaning WEI isn't a good tool to measure performance.

I got 7.8 last run, and look at my spec. Completely meaningless.
The screen is definitely down to personal preference as others have said. -

Glossy(Glare) screen mean it has an extra glass on the top on the screen. It will enhance the color and increase the viewing angels. But a lot of game players do not like it. Because they sometimes see their own fact reflecting on the screen.

and the question about the screen.
the standard matte screen is bloody awesome and is free upgrade from mySN. so clear and vibrant colours.

My GTX670M scores 6.9, so yeah... not that useful really.
