    Hi all,
I just rec'd my laptop a few days ago and noticed that my graphic settings is set up as Auto Select. I think it switches between Intel HD and GTX 680M? Is this the right set up. Ths was set up by Sager or Xotic PC (not sure). Should I leave it as is?

It's set by NVIDIA. If you find any games that don't use your GTX680M then you'll have to set it to NVIDIA GPU in the 3D profile. By the way, Steam and Adobe reader are set to use NVIDIA GPU by default, I normally set it to use Intel HD4000 manually right after I install a new driver to make sure the GTX680M only runs when gaming.

The best way with evidence logged would be using GPU-Z to log and look for the GPU utilization afterwards, not the core/memory clock though, because when a GPU monitoring program is running it also means using the GTX680M.

If you found that it always remains at 0%, you should go to NVIDIA Control panel > Manage 3D settings and in the right window go to the tab "Program Settings" click on Add and browse to where the game's .exe is installed. And then under the "2. Select the preferred graphics processor for this program:" choose "High-performance NVIDIA processor".

In the nvidia control panel you can select an option that puts an indicator in your task bar that shows if the gpu us on
