Hey all. I'm loving my new Sager NP9170 (except some of these infernal 7970m issues!). Quick question to the community - does anyone know how to automatically turn off the backlit keyboard when I put my computer in "power saver" battery mode? I know I can always hold function and the numpad - key to lower and turn it off manually, but was curious if there was a setting to automatically do it.

I've been pleasantly surprised with the battery life of these beast (old Toshiba could barely do ~30 mins unplugged), but I think if I turn off the backlit keyboard when not plugged in I'll see even better battery life. Any ideas?

    Thanks

As far as I am aware there is not an auto button on the computer to shut these off other than the number pad.
