I have been searching these forums for awhile and haven't found an answer to the following question. If I order a NP9262 with one 8800 GTX can I buy another 8800 GTX in a few months for SLI and install it myself?

    Yes.

Installing the 2nd nVIDIA GeForce 8800M GTX w/512MB GDDR3 in the Sager NP9262 is easy and can be done by the end user.

Sager's policy is that if you buy the NP9262 with one nVIDIA GeForce 8800M GT w/512MB GDDR3 now you can then order the upgrade kit for the 2nd nVIDIA GeForce 8800M GTX w/512MB GDDR3 that includes the 2nd card and the bridge cable at any time in the next 90 days for the upgrade price of $695. If you purchase it after 90 days the cost will be the regular retail component price of $745. This policy and the pricing could change at any time, except for those purchasing the NP9262 while this policy is in effect.

    ..one question here:
Paladin, you are mentioning 8800M GT, not GTX or GTS...is that just a typo or is NP9262 using different GFX?

    btw. thnx for info ;)
