I seem to have forgotten my 'BIOS Supervisor Password' and with my CD/USB on boot disabled, thus I cannot format/reinstall my OS.

I tried the first time to take apart the PC but couldn't quite find the CMOS battery to drain it. Can somebody tell me where the CMOS is located and if I have to completely take apart the PC? The Sager tech said if I am facing the PC, it would be in lower left (under the DVD/CD rom?). That is really the hard part to get to, but it seems I've no choice.

    I know, stupid me.

    Thanks.

So you ask Sager support that?

You must prove ownership of the notebook to get help to "bypass security measures".... which is a topic that is not allowed here in this forum.

I recommend to get details from your vendor to do this.
