Hey guys. I have a NP9262 and I didn't get the available tv tuner when I first bought it. I am debating between buying an express card tv tuner or a mini PCI tuner. I need it to be digital and have support for HDTV. Preferably, it uses windows media center, but this isn't necessary. Mainly, I want quality. Please list any recommendations. Thanks guys!

PS Keep it under $100. I will settle with a $150 tuner if it is the best. Thanks! :)

Let me give you a tip. I bought a Avermedia tuner. Turns out, it was a mini-PCIe. I opened up the 9262 to find out the only mini-PCIe slot was taken up by the wifi module.

The only free slot was a mini-PCI slot. The slot is wider so you need a fatter card. Not the slim mini-PCIe ones.

Make sure you find a card that's mini-PCI and good freakin luck because I had none trying to track one down.

I tried e-mailing several manufacturers. The only one that responded was Avermedia and they said their mini-PCI digital tuner were only for OEMs and weren't available for public sale.

I didn't have the necessity for it when I first bought the 9262. Know I want to know my options. I will also take one that fits in the express card slot. I heard most laptop tv tuners suck and I want one with good quality. Thanks for all the ideas though!
