OK now I am sure that the memory is bad. Any suggestions on the best place to get new memory modules for a np9262?

I got a problem with my 9262 too. A few weeks ago I started getting strang lines on my screen that changed with the resolution. So since I had 9800gt in sli i took one out and that fixed the problem. I was able to boot up just fine... once. Everything looked fine but when I did a reboot, the only thing that happened was that the three lock lights flashed once and the hard drive light would flash quickly every so often. The monitor doesnt even light up. Any ideas?

most probably the card that you took out and "fixed" your problem is defective.
