Hi I'm just wondering what available upgrades there are for this laptop's HDD, CPU, optical drive, and memory if I decide not to upgrade from the manufacturer. Is it easy enough so I can replace them myself?

There are no Quadro FX cards with MXM 3.0b slot yet. They do say they will add support for them (QFX 3700M) in the future.

Does anyone know which laptops use HDD 2.5" 12.5mm form factor? I am asking because WD just released a 1TB laptop Blue Scorpio but in the above form factor:

They say that 17inch DTR laptops have this form factor, but it seems that D901C and D900F have the 9.5mm form factor.
How about the Smart Bay HDDs? Are they 12.5mm or they are just cased 9.5mm drives?
