I think its standard. If so, why not widescreen?! That stinks.

The NP5797 is widescreen, am I right? Why couln't they make the new i7 laptop a widescreen laptop too?

I think standard is so yesterday.

    Please be joking.

    It's 16:10.

So that is widescreen, or standard? It looks standard, it does not look widescreen.

That is widescreen, but not really wide like the 16:9 panels. This is the "old" definition of widescreen.

It's wide screen. 4:3 is standard, 16:9/16:10 are wide screen. Standard aspect ratio is extremely rare these days.

The Clevo D900F is the same screen size and type as the previous D900 series.

    All 16:10 widescreens that supports:
    WXGA+ (1440x900)
    WSXGA+ (1680x1050)
    WUXGA (1920x1200)
