I have a less than 2 month old NP9370 that I bought from XoticPC. Recently the backlights under the right ALT and right CTRL keys have changed color compared to all of the other keys when I have the keys all lit up white. Those two keys have a greenish tint to them compared to the other keys. Has anyone else seen this issue?

Have you tried a complete power down to reset the controller?

Yes. Also tried cycling through all of the other colors thinking one of the LEDs might be "stuck". No luck.

I have a brand new NP9370 that I purchased from Mythlogic and mine looks the same. I think it is just an issue with the keyboard?

Now that I look at it the INS key on the number pad is also a different color than the rest of the keys. Can anyone else confirm that they see the same on their keyboards? I swear it wasn't like this when I first got it, but maybe I just didn't notice.

It could be an issue with the LED's being stuck. You can shoot me a PM and I can help you start getting a replacement taken care of.

I received my replacement keyboard today (thanks XoticPC for the awesome customer service!) and the replacement has the same off color LEDs on the same keys. So... I'm thinking that's the way it is supposed to be and I never noticed it until I change the LED colors to white. Can anyone verify that their right ALT and CTRL keys are a slightly different color than the other keys when all of the LEDs are set to white?

Glad Xotic took care of you, jason. :) It looks like this is sort of an intrinsic issue with the LEDs. They don't appear to be stuck but it is a bit of a nuance.

I guess it is the way the colors are "mixed" to produce a certain color. It seems it doesn't do white very well! =)
