I just received my NP9370 and have a few questions.

    1) What documentation did you receive with the laptop?

    2) Is it worth installing the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi MB2? If it doesn't make a difference I'll likely avoid installing it, not a huge fan of bloatware.

I didn't receive any documentation or drivers. However, you can go to Electronic Components Distributor and download the manual here:

    http://files.sagernotebook.com/Sagernotebook/manual/Manual_NP9370.exe

You can also get all the up to date drivers there.

I like the Creative software, and I think it helped the sound. I would install it first and see if you like it and remove it if you find it troublesome.

I received: CD Drivers W7 + W8, Manual, Computer Bag, and of course, the NP9370...

Now, the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi MB2, it's up to you. For me is just trash, I installed Realtek Audio and it's ok, sound is good. Try without and with the Creative MB2 and make your decision...

When I first got my P150HM (year 2011), I didnt bother installing the Creative THX Pro. I thought it was garbage.
However, 2 months before I sold the laptop, I gave it a try.
    And the sound became awesome.

My advice - install it and try it!
Set your subwoofer crossover frequency (it works in stereo mode for both left and right channels) to about 55hz,
then set the Crystalizer to its default (I think 65%) and hear the difference in sound!

Also, you get a dedicated equalizer in the MB2. Play around with it, its fun!
