I ordered my NP9377 with no OS and I've been trying to install all the necessary drivers. The laptop was delivered just yesterday and I just need some guidance.

I'm currently running Windows 7 and so far I have installed from Sager website:
    - Touchpad Driver for Windows 7 64 BIT4
    - Chipset Drivers for Windows 7 64 BIT
    - Integrated LAN Driver for Windows 7 64 BIT
    - Hot Key Utility for Windows 7 64 BIT
    - USB 3.0 Driver for Windows 7 64 BIT
    - Intel Management Engine Interface Driver for Windows 7 64 BIT
    - Integrated Video Camera Driver for Windows 7 64 BIT
    - Intel Wireless LAN Drivers for Windows 7 64 BIT
    - Integrated Realtek Wireless 802.11 B/G/N + Bluetooth Combo Driver for Windows 7 64 BIT
    - Intel Rapid Start Technology Driver for Windows 7 64 BIT

My current issue is that the Hot Key Utility is not functioning properly. I've tried installing it as Administrator but when I restart the computer, a pop up comes up saying "Restart the computer. Make sure all the driver is installed." I tried to start it by going C:\Program Files (x86)\Hotkey, but when I run it, it stops working. I've tried to Google about it but no dice.

The HDD I'm using is not the one that came with the laptop, but from my previous (no longer functioning) Dell SXPS 1645. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check its service is running; ' Services -> PowerBiosServer'.

The status is 'Stopped.' Is it not functioning because the Hot Key driver is for only Windows 8.1?

Hit 'Start' and set to 'Automatic'? If that doesn't help; try the 8.0 version.

'The operation could not be completed. Access is denied' when I try to start it. There is only Win7 and Win8.1 versions available. 8.1 did not work either. I've sent an email to Sager so I hope I hear from them tomorrow....
