Started yesterday after accidentally manually powering it off during boot up.

Power button sometimes has to be pressed twice to turn on at which point it then shuts off before turning on again by itself. Screen is black and unresponsive.

Any information to remedy this would be helpful.

It uses a custom version of @Prema bios if that's any help to someone having a solution.

You could try d0ing an EC and bios reset. (Take the AC/battery out, then remove the CMOS battery for 30 seconds).

That worked but now I get an error that says it cannot detect my drive (Crucial 500 m.2) trying to run a restore just tells me its locked and I have to unlock it. Don't know what that means.

Try moving the M.2 to the other slot.

Fixed it didn't need to move slots. Bios reset disabled some of the settings for the SSD.

    Back up like nothing happened.

    Thanks for the help.

Might be checking out Sager for my next laptop.
