    Hey guys,

I have owned a W370SS for about 2 years. Yesterday while watching a movie it just completely shorted out. It would not boot, and no power lights show when i have it plugged into the wall. I tried removing the battery for like 12 hours and trying again to no-avail. I am considering sending it in for an post warrenty RMA :(. Does anyone know any tricks i should try first? Kind of feels like my MOBO just gave up. I also need help locating my SSD. I am hoping to remove it so i can back it up before i ship it out. I located my normal data drive and the spot where a third HD could go but i cant find the SSD. I read threw my Manuel and couldn't find any direction. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1188079/Clevo-W350ssq.html?page=11#manual

    Thank you, thank you!

I would assume you have found the 2 x 2.5" bays. Your SSD is probably an mSATA located under the keyboard.

It's under the service bay, bottom side of the laptop. If I recall correctly, it's next to the WLAN (WiFi/Bluetooth combo) card.

No lights = Probably a dead board that will need swapped out, sorry to say.

I assume the same on just battery or just AC (with the battery out).
