I have bellsouth DSL that has a DL speed of 1.5 Mb average. I would normally get between 100 ab 150 kb down on hosted downloads through another laptop and a wired pc, but on this laptap I peak in the 40kb/s range of hosted and torrented files. I haven't seen anything like this on the boards so if anyone has any ideas as to why this is happening, I'm all ears. I'm in XP btw.
