Hey guys I have a Clevo X7200 with a freshly installed GTX 680m. It shows in bios as an Nvidia VGA Card and in windows as a standard vga adapter. Been a while since I have modifed .inf display drivers. Can anyone point me on where to start with this? I try running the latest drivers and other ones and after it says no compatible the display driver folder erases. I can't modify the .inf cause once the compatibility test fails it erases the folder. Any thing I am doing wrong here?

After more research I was able to get past the inf issue. I have it up and running now. This laptop is a beast. i7-990x with a GTX 680m brings this old laptop back from the dead upgrading all the way from its old i7-970 and GTX 460M

Use something like 7zip to extract the Nvidia Driver or better still NVCleanInstall DOWNLOAD it has options to add Device ID's to the installer and will then extract the driver patch the inf file and sign it for you.

You can simply run the setup.exe after and your good to go.
