Hello guys - I am new to the forum and would like to say hello to all of you!!

Currently bought the aforementioned laptop, installed also a samsung SSD.
It came with only windows 8 drivers. Wanted to install windows 7, so after a while managed to get the latest drivers and proceeded with the installation as instructed, regarding the installation order of the drivers.

    Current problems:
    1. The key for airplane mode is non operational. I press it and nothing happes (eg - switch on or off the wifi)

    2. The key for VGA mode is always yellow. I press it and nothing happens (eg - switch from 4600 to 765m and vise versa). I believe that this is happening because of problem #3

    3. VGA: I installed the drivers the following way:
    a. Install drivers for 4600
    b. rebooted
    c. Install drivers for 765m
    d. rebooted

Under the device manager, Nvidia GeForce GTX 765M appears with an exclamation mark: This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use (Code 12). If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. I tried to disable 4600 but nothing happened...

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks
    Kosats

No. Bought the PC without operating system, so only received DVD with drivers for windows 8.

Had a license for windows 7. So I installed windows 7 and used drivers for windows 7 from custom gaming laptops - Welcome to Sager Notebooks (Model NP7370)

Well if it has never worked the Nvidia GPU may be malfunctioning.

You have to notify your reseller about this.
Everything you listed about the order you installed the drivers is correct.

Must be a hardware issue, or maybe something in the BIOS.
Anyways, keep us posted when you receive a reply from your reseller.
