    Hi,

I've got an 8662 with Windows 7 64bit. Ever since I went over to Windows 7 I have lost the scroll ability on my touch pad as well as the hot key signals for sound and brightness. I downloaded and installed the drivers (at least I think I did) from the sager website for each of these yet I still have the problem. Any chance someone can give me a list of things I need to do to fix this problem? Thanks!

The scroll functionality should be in the Device Settings tab of the mouse properties in the Control Panel, and if it isn't, then you need to reinstall the synaptics drivers here.

For the hot keys, try uninstalling the hot key program and reinstalling them here.

Ok so that didn't work. Downloaded and installed the new drivers yet nothing... how do I uninstall the old drivers so I can install again?
