    I'm looking for a cheaper keyboard for my p750zm. I contacted sagernotebook.com and they are $105+s/h. The keyboard manufacturer is Sunrex. I also contacted them, but never heard back. Checked eBay, and there are lots of Clevo and Sager keyboards, but no specific p7xxxx/np97xx models are listed.

    I can live with the Japanese keyboard currently in the laptop, but would much prefer a standard US keyboard. Are there any other sources for a cheaper keyboard? Does anyone know if any other models of Clevo/Sager have a compatible keyboard? Thanks for any info.

    basically all current high end models use the same keyboard from clevo iirc: P5 and P7 ZM series / P5, P7, P8 DM series so make sure to look out for those models as well on ebay.

    also, u can ask pretty much any reseller offering clevo models in their line up: xoticpc, mythlogic, lpc digital, gentech, eurocom, just to name a few...

    where did u get the machine, anyways? in japan?

    No, it's a GTune braned model. Got it on ebay for cheap. By far the best laptop I have ever used.

    Alternative is a $1 sticker set and setting ' US keyboard' in the OS. You may have to trial-and-error a few of the key mappings and set an alternative function to those that are still 'off'.

    I have a US layout on my keyboard but I just set it to UK as I touch type anyway :)
