I have a Sager 2090 that the DVD drive does not work anymore but last week the hard drive finally gave out. I use the 2090 to watch movies on my sister's LCD TV cuz of the real nice speakers it has.

My problem is how do I install a new OS (XP pro) onto the laptop without a DVD drive. I have heard it can be done with a USB flash drive but can't seem to find any information on that. Anyone with this knowledge please help out a fellow Sager user, I love the 2090's speakers. Thz alot

Here's one widely referenced howto. There's even an entire user forum board dedicated to the subject here.

    Good Luck..
