Hi all, so i Just ordered my NP8170 and i would like to change the screen by myself by ordering the AUO B173HW01 V.4 (glossy type)

Therefore I was wondering where is the best source for me to order it since I'm living in US?

I found out Ebay has a few of them listed around 165 but i don't know if its A+ grade or not. Therefore some hints on the source of getting one of those will be really helpful. In addition, if you guys wants to convince me getting the v.5 please go ahead as I'm hesitating between a 90% glossy VS a 72% matte

Sager has been shipping the Hannstar as of lately. A very nice stock screen. :)

Quite honestly, if you're happy with the quality of the screen you have now I wouldn't bother. You can always go with the upgrade, but I'd spend the money on RAM/SSD as an upgrade otherwise :)

No it is not a must, the stock screen is nice. However, because the 120hz 72% screen has a different pin connector plug in (50 pin vs 40 pin), you will not be able to upgrade to it later on.

At least as of yet that I know of. :)
