    Hey guys,

I finally got a new 7970m for my p150hm laptop. I've plugged it in with the heatsinks and everything but when I turn it on I see nothing.. I let it run for a few minutes but I didn't hear any windows sounds either.

I tried to run the laptop first without applying thermal paste on the 7970m. Did I brick the card or something?

    All help is appreciated,

    Thanks

    Edit:

For anyone still trying to figure it out,
I followed Jaybee's blindflashing guide and it worked :D I couldn't change boot order with a black screen so I took the HDD and optical drive out and it booted to usb (prepared it from another computer) automatically. If someone is trying to figure out what their ec/bios version is, just click on the link in the post below by MrDJ (or the "Clevo BIOS Thread" sticky for older models). It shows what ec/bios versions the laptops had when they were shipped (so just look at the date you got yours).

Thanks to this forum, especially jaybee83!

Hey, thanks alot for the reply!

I took a risk and decided to blind flash it and it worked!

So all is working fine now, but I still haven't installed the drivers for the 7970m. Can anyone please tell me which drivers I should install? Thanks!
