    Hey guys!

    I own the Sager NP9130 (Clevo P151EM1).

After about 4 years of relentlessly using this machine, the ac adapter no longer functions properly. The spot where you connect the cable that connects brick to laptop keeps falling out of place, and it is a challenge and a half just to get it in the right spot to charge.

Since I'm afraid of it inevitably dying out on me one day, I'm trying to find a replacement ac adapter. I don't know much about laptop chargers, so I'd really appreciate some help. I'm not sure if I can be helpful regarding questions, but I can try my best!

Thanks guys! Any help at all is appreciated. :D

A direct replacement like that is fine, if you are stationary most of the time you can get one from the 150EM at 180W which will run cooler (but is bigger).

@Meaker@Sager, do you know if the power efficiency of these bricks have gotten to 80+ levels yet? I routinely use the one from my Precision as a foot warmer, because they are so terribly inefficient lol (and it's 210W haha).

They have been for some time but there is no active cooling, it's only passive so the thermal energy does build up. Get an external fan blowing over it and it would be cool lime a desktop psu.
