    Dear All

My Clevo W230 is already 5 years old and I'ts time for a new laptop. Mobility is important so I always bought 13 or 14 inch laptops. Does Clevo has plans for a new 13 or 14 inch laptop. The last one is the P640HK1 but this one is already a couple of years old. So anybody knows something?

    Thanks

I think he's referring to a gaming machine. Such as, the successor to the previous generation of smaller Clevo machines. I could be wrong since I have been out of it lately, but doesn't it have in integrated Intel GPU?

Yes but it does have a thunderbolt port for external options.

That's the closest you will get at the moment.

I was indeed looking one with a discrete graphics card. The latest was the P640HK1. But if there is no new laptop on the horizon i maybe explore the EGPU options.

    Wich one is better:
would a I7 7700HQ with a GTX 1050 ti onboard or a I7 8565u with the EGPU GTX 1070. I think the processors performe the same but wil the EGPU GTX 1070 have a benefit over the GTX 1050 TI internal ?

The 1070 is limited by the eGPU in some games a fair bit but would still crush the 1050ti.

Interesting. I wil buy the Clevo N141ZU in a couple of months then wit the EGPU. Ik hope the laptop doesn't throttle. Because i don't see much place for cooling in the smal chassis. My Clevo w230 does cool well with the integrated cooler.

It will run to the TDP level.
