Now this is a dream system. Weight isn't really an issue (Unless it was like 30lbs, then it might be meaningfully cumbersome), and 18.4" screen with quad core and 9800gtx/SLI? Mmmmmm

    Wow nice.

looking at your sig, you have the predecessor of this upcoming system... Clevo M590K/KE (aka. Alienware mALX, Sager 5950/5960, etc...).

I guess you now have a replacement model for that beast of yours. ;)

honestly 18.4 inches too big... that wont even fit in my Targus XL... or my NC2000... and i need a gaming beast i could carry back and forth. i hope the d900 does have its own separate successor... its large powerful, and just enough to still make its slightly portable ya kno?

the high-end Clevo notebooks usually comes with a free carrying case that fits the particular model.

I got one with mine. :)

Its nothing special, but it fit fine.

Actually the idea of having a 18.4 inch screen sounds awesome to me. The screen is so big, so will that maybe conclude a good fan system for cooling?
Also because it doesn't house three drives, it will give it some more room.

yes...wondering what they made room for...maybe that 3rd gpu/heatsink/fan. would only jump on this if they allowed setfsb and bios over clocking of cpu. what good is it to have a extreme qx9300 or higher cpu and cant over clock it. toshiba made this mistake.

Anyone know max memory that M98 will hold? I have 8gb quad xeon in my 901c and could use 16gb like in the dell m6400 (M6400 didn't have the processor power of the 901c when I last looked)

Agreed it will need overclocking ability and hopefully an HQ RGB LED LCD as selling points.

    Fair enough :p

Gophn already leaked some models, it seems still no extreme 2 gb cards yet in notebooks...Desktops are still very far ahead...

only time will tell.. i mean..it seems like they would have enough room in there, but who knows..that extra space may be need for more heat shields & heat sinks. considering it will have 3 gpu's. but maybe in the long run they will. it is still speculation but they said it will still house the 9800m gtx's. but the flip side to this is....we would now be able to gage it's full potential. given bios over clocking. with all my scores and scores of test i have ran. im only at about 70 percent of this cards potential....

70% ? Hmm, that might be overrating the cards. I mean, we are talking mobile cards...that`s about as far as they can go before burning themselves to death...

nah, im not using cpu over clocking. you can run the test on desktop cards to see what i mean.
if i we're to add about 600 mhz cpu clock...i could probably hit 18k on 3dmark.

just look at them 3870's...without over clocking....they sit pretty low in scoring...

aslo, check my no over clock score of 15k. with an over clock score of 15.8. add cpu over clocking and your talking about 18k
