Without breaking Intel NDA, thats almost right :p

And if thats a real picture, thats a MSI ... for SURE not what the Clevo next gen will look like, even the "Alienware-esq" version.

The 10.7" is a typo on their FB page. If you look at their product page it's listed as a 17".

    I'd get it in 15"

17" isn't mobile to me at all.

That picture is NOT the P170SM or P150SM, that wasn't a Clevo in the link above :)

If it aint broke seems to be MSI's approach, they have updating the paneling though, they tend to be a bit better looking now than they used to be.

No definite ETA has been set but it's likely to be around June/July to coincide with the new GPUs and CPUs.

Do you think we'd also be facing an upgrade for the just released WM570 desktop / mobile hybrid?

No since the 2011 platform wont change until ivy-e, and then it may be a slot in upgrade, it's likely it would just get a new heatsink for the new card and away it goes.

I can't help but think that that GTX780M 4gb GDDR5 256-bit sounds an awful lot like rebadge. (perhaps with increased clocks but whatever)

I'll wait for 2014 and see where technology is at. I think AMD will be focused on console this year, nVidia will be focused on their mobile devices and their Titan. Hopefully 2014 will have something better, die shrink and improvements.

This wasn't unexpected. Kepler will remain, with minor performance improvements, as with Haswell.

good luck with that! at resellers the prices will only go UP instead of down. only chance to get a gpu cheaper is through a private seller on ebay or nbr marketplace, etc.

I am happy to see that is not what Clevo has in mind. I am still hoping at this point for better screens in their models.
