    Is it formatted?

Right click on My Computer and click manage. Have a look at it in Disk Management and see if it's formated or not. If it's not, right click and choose format.

Np. After it's formatted and has a letter, you should be able to see it.

Just be sure you are messing with your new disk that says unallocated or free space. Don't do anything with the other disks. :)
