The new driver is available for Windows XP here and for Windows Vista/7 here. I can confirm that it is working for me on my Sager NP5796. A few of the options need to be set up in the synaptics driver settings but they are all working. One really cool supported movement is Chiral Motion scrolling. Videos can be viewed in the driver configuration pages that show you how to use each motion as well.

Loaded this on my 860 but it is not working for me - re-installed and everything but I don't have the multi-touch options.

I heard that the 860 doesn't use a Synaptics type Touchpad

The drivers installed fine on my M570RU (Sager 5790), but the only application gestures that are available are the 3 finger press and 3 finger flick (along with ChiralMotion and other scrolling features).

I'd really hoped that the 2 finger pinch zoom and rotate gestures would be supported, but no joy. :(

No problem guys and girls. I think that the pinch is not working on mine either sbussinger. I think when I was trying to pinch zoom in Preview it was actually just catching the scroll down or up which has the same effect. I didn't even try the rotate. But atleast the other ones do. The Chiral motion is definitely my favourite and makes scrolling so much better when you don't have a mouse.

I have a Synaptics driver installed for it now - direct from clevo's website.

Wonder why the HP one doesn't work?

    Works on Sager 9262.

After installation you have to enable the features ice Settings->Settings!
