I am ready to pull the trigger on a NP9150 with 680m, but there are so many resellers out there. Can anyone who recently purchased, or is looking to, recommend a good rep. Thanks in advance.

If you're the patient type go for xoticpc.com. (best price)

If you want to be sure that your laptop is tested by a good QA team go for mythlogic (will probably cost you more) talk to them and see what they say

Lpc digital has some good reviews too (they might match xoticpcs price)

I went with LPC Digital. The free shipping made them cheaper for me than the others I emailed. 8 days after ordering I had the laptop in my hands. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I think most of them do free shipping.

And most of them can price match each other.

From my checks on everyone, pretty much all of the resellers will get you the same parts/price. Like said above, if you want it built by someone you can talk to, it will cost a little more, but you have the extra confidence that may give you, if it does. I will say, Mythlogic is a little slower than the resellers (besides xotic that seems to be way behind) since they are building them at the time of order but still not by much from what I have seen so far. There is a page on this forum that has reviews and locations of them. I suggest you check that out as some of it may just come down to location if all you are looking at is price and a reseller.

I just checked and the other two resellers do have it listed as an option now. Maybe LPC just had it updated sooner when I made my order. I do remember that it wasn't listed as an option before when I was window shopping and price checking. Is it part of the back to school sale or have they always offered the free shipping?

I've found LPC will beat the price of most any reseller by a decent amount too, not just a buck or two.

Another pointer, talk to the resellers. To me the point of getting something like this versus a big box retail lappy is that you can get some actual service for your order. Make use of that. You will find the resellers will be very accommodating.
