New NP9270 questions

Hi,
I see these are coming up for pre-order. I can't though as I am moving in march so shipping would be an issue right now. Closing on the new house 3/16, I hope

1.) When will this be available with 120Hz screen? To go with that nVidia 3D.
2.) I assume it runs too hot to overclock?
3.) Would this also be offered then, at some point, with the 3820?
4.) since x79 platform are we then ready for IvyBridge CPU's?

I was looking at a NP8170 but this really has my interest peaked.............

For example, #2, is there will be some OC'ing ability, but w/ out having the unit, no one knows how far it can be pushed. And #4, <strike>yes</strike>.EDIT - I imagine this will occur along side other vendors as they put in place any BIOS fixes or what not in that desktop IVB CPUs are backwards compatibility w/ SNB mobos.

I'd recommend, posting some of your questions there.

 

Hey, I would also totally suggest checking out the ownership lounge for more info but:

1) Q2 of this year, hopefully
2) Has the best cooling system in the world on a laptop, you can OC the CPU+GPU(s)
3) We do right now =)
4) We don't know that for sure, but due to it being a desktop socket there is a better chance, but we don't have that in writing yet, so its still hopefully.
