    New Sager NP5793 - Performance Updates to be installed..

    Since I have been reading that there are a bunch of new owners of the Sager 5793 from Xotic, with Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit recently. I should be receiving mine on this coming Tuesday.

    I am asking you experienced/previous owners out there, what are some updates (bios, drivers, OS updates, etc.) that need to be installed to ensure that the performance of this notebook is at its full potential.

    Also, on the flip side, any updates to avoid, as it decreased the performance.

    Looking forward to your responses as I wish to have everything ready to go, so I can get this notebooked tweaked as soon as it arrives.

    Since you`re getting the system now, you`ll probably have all the necessary updates.
    Just get a few video drivers from laptopvideo2go.com ready and be prepared to test them.
    As far as tweaking goes, there are lots of guides.
