    Greetings,

Just got a new Sager NP9370 with a standard Internal 802.11 B+G+N Wireless LAN + Bluetooth Combo Module. As per the manual, I am supposed to press the FN key + F11 to turn the wireless module on. Well, when I press that key combination the small display comes up as expected, but it says "Off." No matter how many times I press the key combination, the message continues to state off and the wireless module LED will not light up to indicate its been turned on. Is this a defective wireless module or did they just forget to put it in? I can't really figure out why it won't turn on other than those two reasons. Any insight would be helpful because the laptop is pretty much useless to me without internet. Thanks.

I had the same problem, you need to install the wireless card drivers. (for me that was the killer-n drivers, there was a cd that came with the laptop)

Yeah, use the disc provided or refer to Sager's website for the driver. Usually the stock card is a Realtek or Aetheros card. or sometimes Azurewave.
