Hey So my new SAGER just arrived..

But where do I install stuff? I have 2 Program Files folders, one for 64bit and one for 32bit...

When I install games will it automatically decide? or do I have to do it.. In that case, what folder do I install stuff too?

Try the BIOS or Device Manager.

I'll assume you're talking about a 5792. I do believe that you can disable the biometric fingerprint reader in BIOS. You can also uninstall the drivers for it and any associated applications, through control panel, if you choose to do so. You could also just use msconfig to remove from startup the application that is annoying you.

I cannot tell you what the program file for msconfig removal is. Mine is a 9262, and I have no fingerprint reader.

You can simply uninstall it. :) You can also remove it in MSCONFIG so it doesnt start when the machine starts. :)
