What do you want to use it for? Better get the 5792! it`s more futureproof...

The 8700GT is about 40-45% as powerful as the 8800M GTX. If you`re not into hardcore gaming, the 5791 is more than the best choice for it.
You could get the 5792 customised with the 8700GT so that you might add a high end gpu later on.
Try xoticpc.com or powernotebooks.com and ask them and they`re sure to help you get the best laptop for you.

Contact them on the phone. The advantage of using resellers is customisation.

Sager and some of the resellers, like xoticpc I believe, have a great deal going right now for a 4gb ram upgrade for 45 bucks, which will save you over 100 dollars. I'd look into that if I were you. I could make assumptions based on what I've read about the 8800 being way better than the 8700(which I'm sure it is), but until my 5792 comes on Wednesday, I can't really comment on anything else.

At the present time the 5791 is being upgraded to the 5792 at no charge. (So you can get the 8700 with the new motherboard that accepts the 8800).

There is a great deal on the 4GB upgrade as Queequeg states. :D
