What is the newest Sager BIOS now? I Hear its no longer .08 that there is a
.09 out. Anyone test or running .09? does it also fix the downclocking issues that new drivers were causing?

Mine came with .09, I don't think it adds much over .08

well only one person tried and the file they backup up will not open with phoenix. it is not a full backup.

if someone is willing to try uniflash please do for me. but this needs to be run in DOS mode. so you need a usb key and follow my guide if you do not know how and boot to dos to run it.. the uniflash files must be on the key before rebooting

once i have the .09 i can tell you what has been changed

I have been emailing Sager to send me a bootable disc with the .08s bios when I heard about the .09s i sent them a email asking if they could send that too. I got this response below......

We only have this 1.00.08s version, don't have .09s yet.

so it seems that they wont send out the .09s bios yet, but they will send the .08s. Good news for me, they are sending me a already setup bootable disc so I just have to pop it in and flash :) <3 sager support!

I tried this, it created a file but I don't think it was the full BIOS. I don't think Uniflash is compatible with Phoenix BIOSes.
