Does anyone have any slight news on the new line of Clevo laptops?

If you mean the successor of the P150HM its P150EM. Google it, all specs are already there.

It depends on what you want/need and how long you want to wait.
The P150EM will have ivy bridge (imo not anything worth waiting as it will only bring a 100-200mhz increase), backlit keyboard (i wouldnt mind having it, but its not something i need and want to wait for), optimus (now if its not as buggy as now or offered manual switching that would actually give a huge battery boost without reducing performance it would be nice, but since theres no info yet on 2.0 im not holding my breath) and the new gpus (which might or might not be a significant upgrade, but they will most likely also fit in the current P150HM).

Thays basically it, youll have to decide on your own in the end :).

It depends if you can wait...
I saw your specs, those are similar to my P150
Well, 2760 is more than enough (telling you as a guy who plays emulators - Wii - PS2 - which depend mostly on CPU).
So I don't think ivy will feel any different.
Also the 6990M is pretty damn good, I think this card will serve me for another 2 years easily.

The only thing which I think is worth the wait, is optimus!
That would be nice to have ;)

Again, it depends if you can or cannot wait...thats all
    I could not..

A big problem with optimus right now is it actually decreases performance a bit and sometimes switches to integrated gpu unexpectedly when it shouldnt so atm its still a kind of tradeoff for better battery life.

Your concern is well founded. New hardware is always more expensive.

Expect the brand new machines to be going for at least $400 more than what you're configuring right now. If this is costing you about ~$1.7k, the new kits will be running at least $2k.

The notebook in my sig (minus the SSD), bought at launch, cost me just under $2,100, and you can now have it for about $1.6k w/ free shipping.

This pattern holds true for every new release.

Yes! It does that, which is not only insane but purely lethal for a real gamer who wishes for some extra battery time..
