Hey the people who use NIBITOR and have a 9800M GT or will be using it once you have your laptops get NIBITOR and upload the 9800M GT bios so that Mavke can work on supporting the card so that we can mod the bios for it.

Thats why people with the 5796 should upload the bios. THEN the 9800m GT WILL be recognized.....

you can do nibitor to recognize 9800M GT bios like change the Device ID from 060B to 060C and it will recognize it like 8800M GTX but this way you can change (Overclock) the bios and then before save it restore device id and you are good

You cannot flash dell cards with clevo vbios'.

It is possible to flash clevo 8800M GTX's to 9800M GT's, but most people find that it doesn't work, and those it does work for (me included) say there's no performance/feature difference

The flashing method works fine, you just have to jump through some hoops to get it to work. Read up on the 9800M GT overclocking thread, it does work.

    Hey guys.
I have a laptop with a 9800m gt GPU, I don't mind experimenting with my graphics card.
I just want something stable that is better to what I have.
I downloaded the bios given in the previous page, but this is my first time doing it.
I have nibitor with the stock bios given.
Can anyone teach me step by step on how to overclock my graphics card?
    thanks a lot.

    Sergio

You can DL Nvidias new beta driver which let you overclock through the nvidia control panel. No flashing required. Here is the driver.
