The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Don't need the 2 weeks, not liking the M14XR2, straight back onto ebay me thinks.

    I am just not a fan of the 14 series, I think sager/clevo stikes a much better balance on size/power.

    yup, buyer just came round to collect it, the clevo was the winner for me, also just added these which came in the post, not 100% sure if its going to make a difference but they look nice lol

    no more upgrades for a while now I think, got my little fix, only thing I can see me doing is hunting down a cheap 3940xm :)

    On the clevo/sager models those might actually hurt your long term gaming temps if you don't modify the bottom cover.

    thanks for the heads up, at the moment I got the bottom panel off and its sitting on a notebook cooler.
