So I've had my SagerNP2090 since around August. The laptops always been fairly loud which I thought was normal and it didn't bother me much. But now it seems that now my laptop has some issue with something always rotating or making noise on the left side. And this mofo makes noise REALLY loud.

Not a huge laptop buff, but I know it's not either the HDD or the fan. Is this a problem with my processor? And is there any way to replace it if it is?

it you had the notebook since August... I hope you have cleaned out your fans and vents every two months.

All gaming notebooks need a bit more attention.

You need to routinely clean out the vents and fans every one or two months.
    - open the panels (try to get as close to the fans and vents as possible)
    - get a flashlight and look through the vents, I bet you you will see a good amount of dust
    - now get a lot of compressed air (cans or compressor) and use Q-tips
    - now clean out the fans and vents well for 20-30min (don't worry, the dust will be pushed out not matter which way you blow)
    - close the system up and see if the noise is any better.

    Next, I recommend the following:
    - always monitor the temps to confirm dust clogs with temp spikes
    - always use the system on a clean, flat, hard, surface... recommend to use a good notebook cooler like Zalman ZM-NC1000.

    Tell us how it goes..

If the fans are still making noise (make sure that its the fans and not the HDD by removing the HDD if you have to), then I will show you how to revive a noisy dust-clogged fan.
