    Is there a slot for an SSD? If so, what would you recommend most?(just for OS of course)

    There is a slot for it, where the HDD is.

    No, there are no extra HDD/SSD-slot. Some have modded the DVD-drive to be a smartbay for another HDD. I don`t know how difficult this is.

    akstylish, here is a general thread in the hardware forum with instructions on how to perform the smart bay mod. Some M860TU owners have performed a similar operation and, other than issues with the bezel, it seemed to go well for them.
