Hey guys, i'd really like to know if the 260m gtx is 55nm technology, the official sites say it is, but gpu id utilities simply say it's 65nm and considering all the heat it generates, might as well be a 65nm 9800m gtx, eh? can anyone confirm? thx!

Use nvflash to check the Adapter device ID, that will tell if it's real 260M or 98M with 260 BIOS.

It's 55nm. There's no need to question this.

thx coldmood and kevin : ) now one more question,
are there mxm 2.1 and mxm 3.0b for both 260m and 280m? so far as i know,
    there is mxm2.1 260m in m860tu and 3.0b 280m in m980tu. I ask coz i might want to update to 280m later.
