    I just got my Np9262 and within minutes i already am having trouble, i get all led lights flashing (num lock etc) and a loud beeping noise and then it just shuts off, anyone no what this means,?

    where did you get your NP9262 from.

    firstly did it boot at all. usually that could be ram issue.

    overheating is also a possiblity

    did you turn it on while it was plugged in.?? or on battery.?? could be battery is dead.

    I got it from xoticpc.com im currently in the process of dealing with them, i was just wondering if anyone has come across issues like this. I did get it to boot up, but once its up in running it just starts to give the alarm and shuts down. I have it plugged in the wall and batterys in.

    it could be something as simple as they forgot to connect one of the fan wires to motherboard. if you are not capable of opening the service bay and poking around then it's rma time.
