    For those who are stuck with this horrible switchable graphics, do you have the option for Adaptive Vsync in your control panel?

    Not officially.
    You can use nVidia Inspector to force it on.
    "Video Sync Tear Control" set to 'Adaptive'.

    Yeah I knew about that. Just verifying i"m not the only one it doesn't show up in the panel.
